Based on empirical measurements at 22 dBm TX, 100-byte payload. GPS acquisition: 10 s (low), 25 s (med), 40 s (high). 2.96 Wh battery, 215 mW solar panel @ 80% charge efficiency.
Send the DFU command over BLE to reboot the device into USB DFU mode. Make sure a device is connected above first.
Once the device reboots into DFU mode, select a .bin file and flash.
